The difference between IQF and BQF

1. Different meanings

IQF is from the initials of Individual Quick Frozen, also known as single freezing, which belongs to one of the quick freezing technologies. The special freezing technology is used to rapidly freeze food at a low temperature of -70 to -80 °C in a short period of time.

BQF Freezing is a freezing method named by the initials of Block Quick Freezing. The block-shaped quick-freezing process is a process of connecting or overlapping the smallest individual pieces of the finished product to form a certain shape, and then freezing it again.

2. The freezing process is different

IQF adopts a single rapid freezing process, the smallest individual is independent of each other, and the process of discrete individual is also maintained during rapid freezing and packaging.

BQF adopts the block rapid freezing process, and the individuals are connected to each other to form a whole, and then frozen.
